We have opportunities for experienced unit specific Clinical Educators at Rogue Valley Medical Center (RVMC) our 378 bed trauma center in Medford Oregon as well as a global educator position for both RVMC and Three Rivers Community Hospital our 125 bed hospital in Grants Pass.
Clinical Educator for Critical Care works closely with the Heart and Vascular Center at RVMC, which uses the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies and has been nationally recognized for its progressive approach to cardiac care. Collaboration and commitment are driving forces behind the development of dynamic learning opportunities for the critical care nurses.
Clinical Educator for General Medicine/Medical Oncology - collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement high-quality nursing education for an energetic learning environment. Many types of educational methods are available including a state-of-the-art high fidelity simulation lab and computer-based learning.
Global Clinical Educator - partners with Rogue Valley Medical Center and Three River Community Hospital nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement outstanding and dynamic learning opportunities for current staff as well as collaborating with local nursing schools to facilitate the clinical experience for all levels of learning.

Positions are fully benefited and work schedule allows for one Friday off for every pay period. Nursing Professional Development department is closed all hospital holidays. Primary shifts are Monday through Friday 0800 to 1700, but hours are flexed to meet the education needs of staff and you may be asked to come in during the night shift. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of current RN acute care experience, with demonstrated ability in teaching adult learning principles as well as educational concepts and processes required. BSN required with Masters in nursing or education preferred. CCRN required for Critical Care position.
